Chapter 45

The weekend passed and Monday arrived again.

It was almost time to get off work.

Just when Anika finished looking at the capital flow expenditure of the North City Project that Peter had
sent over, she received a phone call from Zac.

The man spoke concisely, "The parking lot."

"Why are you here so early today?"

Anika glanced at the lower right corner of her laptop.

Scott sat by the bed, peeling the apple quietly.

"Nika is here."

Zac leisurely followed behind Anika.

chestnuts?"

Anika smiled and nodded.

Anika followed Boris’ instructions and went to the pavilion where the debris was piled up to pick up a
clean carton filled with water chestnuts.

Unexpectedly, the moment she came out, she was blocked by the people waiting at the door.

"Cousin, I want to talk to you."



Lucy deliberately waited for her.

She really had something to talk to Anika about.

do with me."
