With that, she stretched out with her hand and poked his face. “God is so unfair. You are a man. Why



are you so beautiful?”

Then, as if she could not clearly see him, Cindy forced herself closer toward him.

Meanwhile, Ian lacked the courage to look at her. He didn’t know how well she could hold her drink as
they had never drank before.

He pushed her aside slightly and grabbed hold of her. “You should wash your face and head to bed. I’m
going back to my room as well.”
