Cindy's limbs felt somewhat weak then. "I'm really worried that you are endangering yourself," she
grumbled.

She decided that his nonsense was not worth her time and found a comfortable position before she fell

even after scrolling through the articles, she couldn't locate anything that particularly caught her
interest. She couldn't stop herself when she reached for Ian's phone a second time. After gingerly
unlocking the phone, she started to go through his call history.

WhatsApp instead. He didn't have a lot of connections on Whatsapp because he was neither someone



who was good at making friends nor good at maintaining relationships with other people. He wouldn't
reach out and chat with others even if he had added them into his WhatsApp friend list.

She scrolled through the names that had chatted with Ian before and eventually found Valerie's name.

When Cindy discovered that, she let out a small noise of dissatisfaction. After she clicked into the chat,
she noticed that Ian hadn't deleted their conversations. She was able to read everything that Valerie
