Leah sighed a few more times before asking, “Can we have a proper conversation?”

Don’t come to annoy me here.”

Logan straightened his posture and looked at his device. “It’s from Ian. I bet it’s something urgent.”

He walked out of the room to the balcony in the living room with his phone in hand.



When the call connected, he greeted with a smile, “Hi there.”

However, Ian’s voice was slightly tense. “Logan, I need your help.”

As soon as Logan heard his voice, he knew something was wrong. “What’s wrong? Did you encounter
any trouble?”

It was not really a problem, but rather a nuisance.

After a moment of hesitation, Ian grunted. “I need your help to contact the media. There’s some gossip
that I need to publish under other people’s names.”

Logan understood what was being said—Ian could not be involved in this matter. Then, he immediately
asked, “Does it have something to do with the Morgan Family?”

At this moment, Cindy quietly opened the door while Ian was still on the phone.

He shook his head. “She is not looking for a fight.”
