Cindy licked her lips but her eyes still remained lowered. It took her a lot of courage to finally speak. “I
don’t think many people would say no to you.”

She didn’t answer the question directly but if one were to analyze her words carefully, it would seem
that she had indeed answered Ian’s question.

After staring at her for a long while, Ian seemed to understand the meaning behind her words.

He blinked and nodded again. A while later, he could no longer hold back the smile on his face as it

In the end, he simply got up from the couch and propped up the coffee table between them before
approaching her. “Can’t you answer me directly?” he asked in a deep tone.

“I can’t believe you...” he murmured before standing up with both hands in his pockets. “Fine. I won’t

careful, she might even reject him out of frustration.

Therefore, he retreated so that she could have space to breathe.



After tidying up the strands of hair next to her ears, she also stood up and asked, “So, what do you
want?”

Immediately, Ian looked at her and replied firmly, “What do you mean? If both of us like each other, let’s
just be together. What else do you want?”

Cindy murmured these words over and over again before giving him a simple reply. “Oh.”

As for Ian, he could see her embarrassment, so he smiled and went around the coffee table to stand by
her side.

He then reached out and grasped her shoulders with both arms, thereafter turning her body around so
that she was facing him directly.

Cindy’s experience in relationships was completely blank, so she suddenly didn’t know how to face him
now that they had reached this point.

As Ian leaned his body forward slightly to stare at her eyes, he smiled and hugged her in his arms. “It’s
so obvious that you’ve never dated someone before.”

Finally, Cindy remembered that Aurora was still waiting for her at the fitness park.

“Ah—she is still waiting for me at the park. Oh no! I need to go now. I told her that I would come back
right away.”

With that, Cindy tried to wiggle out of Ian’s arms, but he only let go of one of his hands while the other
was still holding her shoulder. Then, he pulled her hand over and the two of them clasped their fingers
together. “Let’s go together.”



The two of them then left the house with their casual attire and walked toward the fitness park while
holding their hands all the way.

Looking a little bored, Aurora was now waiting for Cindy under a tree.

in front of her before.

like you went back to find Ian. You could have just told me that. What’s the shame in going back to see
