Chapter 987 We Underestimated Her in the End

"What?"

Olivia was a little surprised, but when she saw little red bumps on Nicole's arm, she immediately rang
the call bell at the bedside.

"Why is that? Aren't you only allergic to peanuts? There are no peanut in the food, so how can you be
allergic?"

Olivia was so anxious that she broke into a cold sweat.

Nicole was having difficulty breathing now.

Samuel put on a serious face.

"Ernesto, go find out who made this meal, who handled it, and who sent it from the Golden Restaurant.
Check them out for me one by one."

As soon as Samuel said that, Ernesto went to do it.

Later, news came from Ernesto.

"Mr. Green, it was Jane who delivered the meal, but we found that she was knocked unconscious in the
back alley of the hospital and hasn't woken up yet."



"Where's the surveillance video?"

"The back alley is a blind spot for surveillance."

A glimmer of displeasure showed in his eyebrows when Samuel heard that.

"So many of you can't protect Nicole alone. Do you want to prove how trashy you are?"

Ernesto didn't dare to say a word.

In the past, Jacob would never let this happen, but now Ernesto had to admit that he was not as good
as Jacob.

Samuel was distracted.

Olivia stared at Samuel and asked.

in a coma, and whispered, "I'll stay and take care of her. You can go first if you have something to do,
and I hope you can figure out who is behind this as soon as possible. I do worry that she can't be able
to have a meal safely, let alone lead a normal life."

"I see."

Samuel kissed Nicole's hand and felt miserable.

Olivia knew that she was a bit rude, but she could not bear to see Nicole being hurt like now, even
though she had tried to control herself.

Samuel stayed with Nicole for a while but left before she woke up.

Olivia was right about something. He had to get rid of this trouble as soon as possible.



He called Zayn as soon as he left.

"How much longer will you take for my team to take over?"

“I am trying my best."

Samuel was not an impulsive man, so Zayn felt nervous when receiving a call from him

"What happened?"

"Nicole almost died."

"What?"

Zayn was in shock.

"Samuel, aren't you supposed to be powerful? Why could anyone murder my sister under your
protection?"

"The first time was my subordinates caught a person who pretended a nurse and tried to drug Nicole.
And not long ago, someone added peanut powders to the meal that I ordered for her."

Zayn understood it when heard what he said.

"Nicole is allergic to peanuts."

"Yes."

"How is she now?"

It is Zayn's biggest concern.

Samuel whispered, "She is just out of danger, but remains very weak."



"You didn't figure out who did it, did you?"

"Jane sent the meal to the hospital, but she was knocked unconscious in the back alley. There was no
surveillance there, so it's not easy to investigate. But I guess it should be Major's men."

Hearing his words, Zayn asked in surprise, "Did he have a problem with you?"

"Major is Melissa's boyfriend, and she resents us. Furthermore, Major was adopted by my uncle Elvis,

from many different works. With our efforts, we found that one of his paintings is fused with the style of
eleven painters."

After hearing this, Samuel nodded and said, "Good, get a comparison chart, let that eleven painters
unite to sue, and call the media.”



"OK."

His subordinates accepted the assignment and left.

If this case was confirmed, Mr. Bush would be ruined and notorious. The upper class would stay away
from him because they would never accept a plagiarist as their teacher for the sake of dignity.

His subordinates were very efficient.

Mrs. Bush still could not believe that Nicole would do this.

Braden sneered and said, "How is that impossible? Do you think she is kind-hearted?" He laughed,
"That's only because you didn't damage her interests. Do you think she will appreciate our upbringing
and not care about the damage that we have done to her for Melissa? She wants to kill us this time!"

"No, we raised her, so she won't do that."

Mrs. Bush was still struggling.

Braden no longer argued with her.

Even if Nicole would not do this, Samuel also would not show mercy for them. After all, they knew how
much Samuel loved her.
