“What did the doctor say?” Nicole asked, suppressing her murderous impulse.

Phil shook his head and answered, “It was quite weird. The doctor didn’t find anything wrong with Ms.
Kent. He said it had something to do with her mood, so he suggested she relax. However, how could
Ms. Kent relax after her husband has cheated on her? That’s why I’m always with Ms. Kent. I know she
wants to divorce and makes me an excuse, but I don’t mind.”

“I do!”

Nicole finally understood what had happened exactly.

“Why did the wire fall? Wasn’t there any security measure?”

“Yes, there was. It was quite weird. After Ms. Kent had fallen, the broken wire disappeared.”

Nicole’s eyes turned cold after listening to Phil.

Disappeared?

How could it be possible?

Nicole wondered if there was an inside man in the crew and what happened to Olivia was not an
accident.

She also wondered about Olivia’s sickness.

Was it really caused by her bad mood?

Nicole had no idea how, but she understood what she should do now.

Those people dared to harm her bestie. They must have a death wish.



“I see. Please don’t tell Olivia I’ve met you and take good care of her for me. Besides, you need to pay
attention to her public image. No matter what, Olivia is a celebrity and still married. I don’t hope you
would bring her any negative impact.”

Phil paused a bit when hearing Nicole’s words. However, he nodded in agreement in the end.

“I got it.”

He was quite selfish and insisted on being together with Olivia.

Olivia was a good woman. Since Jacob didn’t treasure her, Phil wanted to take the chance to gain her
heart. However, after listening to Nicole’s words, Phil understood that his selfishness would bring some
negative impacts to Olivia.

Nicole knew that Phil was a smart man, but she didn’t expect that he would be so considerate to Olivia.
Hence, she said delightfully, “Since Olivia takes care of you, I hope you can appreciate this friendship
with her. Please treat her better and leave her a way out. No matter how Jacob and she would end up,
you can only confess your love to her when she is single and available. Otherwise, you would harm
her. Do you understand?”

“Thank you.”

Phil respected Nicole more than he was when he just came in.

“You may leave now. Please don’t tell anyone about our meeting today, including Olivia.”

“You’ll help Ms. Kent to vent her anger, right?”

Phil could tell that Nicole truly cared about Olivia. Jacob dared to bully Olivia just because she had no
other backer.



Although Phil didn’t know the woman sitting in front of him, he could see how much she cared about
Olivia, so he believed that she might have the ability to avenge Olivia.

“Of course. I will!”

Nicole’s eyes became darkened.

No matter who had bullied Olivia, she wouldn’t let the person so.

Even if it was Jacob, so what?

If she truly found out that Jacob had bullied Olivia, Nicole would make trouble for him first.

Receiving the positive answer from Nicole, Phil turned away.

Tony walked out from the room inside. Looking at Nicole, he said with a smile, “Catherine, you do have
courage.”

“Please don’t listen to or care whatever you shouldn’t. Tony, you must understand what I’m saying.”

“Please don’t worry. Jacob Brown isn’t my friend. I won’t help him.”

Nicole was expressionless while listening to him.

If she truly wanted to do something to Jacob, even Samuel wouldn’t be able to stop her, let alone Tony.

Tony shrugged.

take?”

After all, Jacob worked for Samuel. Although he had become a CEO of a listed company, she still

Samuel didn’t know what had happened, but since Nicole asked him such a question, he had a strong
will to please his wife and answered, “No matter what you are doing, I’m your strongest backer.”

“You are skipping the question.”

However, Samuel answered while smiling, “I’ve answered your question.”

career.”

She would design the racing car later, so she should inform Samuel ahead.
