was at my most youthful. I have been loyal to my country all my life, but I have not done my filial duty.
The good thing is that you now have Samuel by your side to protect you, even if I’m nothing anymore,
you still have someone to fall back on.”

“Dad, why are you saying this again? No one blames you.”

Nicole knew that Xander was having a tough time in his heart.

“Promise me, if I die one day, you must take good care of your mum for me.”

She would make sure they were by her side every day when the time came.
