It was a lie to say that she was not disappointed and sad.However, this was the result of her
acceptance.

Even if she was feeling both emotions right now, she could only swallow it because no one would do
anything for her.

"What? Are you going to give up after a small challenge? Sophia, is it your specialty to give up when
you are halfway there?" Patrick asked mockingly.

He seemed to have drunk too much.
