Sophia had been lazy for several days.

When she came to work on Monday, she slept at the bus station and was almost late.

After getting out of the bus and walking to the Evans's building entrance, Patrick's car stopped slowly
by the roadside, only a few meters away from Sophia.

The driver got out of the car and opened the door for him.

He took a few steps forward and saw her, his eyebrows slightly furrowed.

Sophia didn't understand his expression.

elevator is undergoing maintenance today”

Sophia stood at the front of the elevator.

With a pinging sound, the elevator stopped.

It was unknown who pushed her behind, but she was the first one to enter the elevator.

And sadly, except for her, all the employees were waiting for the president to get in first.



Sophia blushed.She wanted to step out but was frightened by Patrick's expression and intimidated by
his tall figure.

After Patrick stepped inside the elevator, an employee said, "President Evans, you go up.First, we will
wait for the next one."

Patrick did not stand on ceremony and pressed the button for the elevator to close.

He raised an arm to her side, trapping her between his chest and the elevator wall.He was very tall,
and she only reached his shoulder.

"Mr.Evans, we are almost on the top floor’ She reminded him to pay attention to where they were.And
they were inside the company building.

"Well, it doesn't matter.Maybe the elevator will malfunction soon, and we will be trapped here.No one
will find out" Patrick said nonchalantly.



As soon as he finished speaking, the elevator stopped running, and the light above his head also lost
its light in the next second.

"Weren't you informed by the head of maintenance that there will be a blackout in the building today?"
Sophia asked, almost in a panic.

that I will only want your child.I want my child to look like you"

Patrick continued to say.

Patrick was on a roll and did not stop.
