Chapter 219 Don’t Be Vulgar!

Olive Steele walked all the way downstairs and saw Alan Hoyle’s car parked there quietly. The dim
yellow street lamp lit the car body making it looked like a worn-out sculpture.

The spring breeze was chilly during the night, but her heart was warm.

After only a few steps away, she slowed down and stopped three steps away from the car. She quietly
watched someone inside the car smoking.

The man’s face was hidden in the darkness and the smoke. She couldn’t see anything, but she could
feel his burning eyes.

He got off the car and threw his cigarette away. He pulled her into his arms and whispered, “What
should I do? I’m not used to spending the night without you.”

Olive Steele pulled his coat at wrapped it around her waist. The warmth of his body gradually warmed
her, “Don’t be too vulgar.”

She admitted that she often spoiled the fun.

He frowned. He took her hand and pushed her into the backseat of the car. He got inside and locked
the door. Then, he pinned his body on her.

She was so embarrassed that she wanted to push him away. She never thought that she would make
love to him inside a car in her own neighborhood, “Alan, get up.”

“You know what? Now, this is vulgar.”

It was indeed vulgar and dirty.



Olive Steele started to throw hands at him. She wanted to curse at him, but she feared that he would
only get worse. So, she could only complain and give up her struggle.

After their racing breath calmed down, they sat quietly inside the car. He leaned against the door and
she leaned on his arms.

“When are you going to tell your father?” Alan Hoyle asked.

He was running out of patience. He wanted to go in and out of her house like a normal person. He
wanted to hold her hand without having to hide.

“I just got home. Give me more time.”

He wondered when she was going to tell her parents.

“I’ll give you three days. Is that enough?” he had to push her a little bit.

She joked around, “Three days? You’re too impatient. You know I can’t. What’s the rush?”

“What’s the rush? I need to know how your parents react so that I can prepare for the next step.”

Of course, it was easy to marry her, but it was not easy to get blessings from both her parents.

Even if his mother opposed the marriage, he still hoped to get blessings from both her parents. He
didn’t want to embarrass her.

“What if they don’t agree? My dad has a good temper, but when he is mad, it’s fatal.” said Olive Steele.

He said very seriously, “I promise I won’t talk ad fight back. I promise your father that his daughter will
be happy to marry me. Why don’t you believe your husband’s charm?”

She pursed her lips mockingly, “You don’t know how to be modest, do you?”



“Nowadays, being modest is the same with being artificial. I’m just being honest.”

“Come on. The more you talk, the thicker your face is.”

He laughed. He bowed his head and pecked her lips, “After your father agrees, let’s get a marriage
certificate.”

He didn’t want to wait any longer. For him, a long delay meant trouble.

“They haven’t even met you yet. Isn’t it too early to say that?” Alan Hoyle was full of confidence. He
could easily call her parents his in-laws.

“It’s not early. It’s been four or five years. Now, it won’t be awkward if I meet them formally. Even,
perhaps, I can add a little good impression.”

She smiled, “So, my mom and dad should give you red envelope now.”

It was a custom in Luo City. When someone finally called his or her significant other’s parents as their
own parents, they should exchange red envelope.

“If he’s willing to give me, I will be willing to accept it. If he’s not willing to give it, I will force him to give it
to me.” the reason was because of giving the red envelope represented acceptance.

“Do you still need that money?” she despised him. The last thing he lacked was money.

“This is not about the money, isn’t it?” he poked her forehead.

It wasn’t. She knew him too well.

“When are you going back to Jiang City?” Olive Steele asked.



Jiang City was a thousand miles apart from Luo City, but it was not too far away for today’s
transportation. They could go and return at the same day, but still, it was a problem for a young couple.

She didn’t want to leave Luo City.

He was slightly unhappy, “Do you want to kick me out soon?”

“I don’t want to go to Jiangcheng.” the strong refusal of his mother played a big part in her reluctance. If
she went to Jiangcheng, she would be alone. She didn’t want to live in an environment full of
calculation and precaution.

Although Annie was young and innocent, but child was sensitive. Now was the time to shape her
character. She didn’t want her daughter to suffer way too early.

Besides, her parents were here. They needed someone to take care of them when they were old. She
