Chapter 474: His Best Friend&##x27;s Betrayal

“Janetta, you’re jealous,” Kent said confidently, smiling like a victory.

“Don’t call my name. You’re disgusting.” Janetta glared at him. She admitted that she was a little
jealous, but she was hurt more. She felt like she was cheated by this bastard.

“Janetta, you’ve misunderstood me. I have completely no relationship with that woman. If there is, it
was because someone wanted to drug her last night and I just saved her. Liam likes her and I just want
to bring them together. I definitely didn’t do anything.” Whether she listened or not, this explanation was
necessary. And he believed that she didn’t really close her ears.

“Janetta, you’re bias against me.”



“Bias? It’s because your man fell for that woman, so you gave her to your man as you wish. Did you
ask her if she was willing? What else can you do besides forcing people?”

“I can still see through people’s hearts.” Kent quietly took a step closer to her amidst Janetta’s
emotional outburst and hugged her with a pull, “Janetta, from what you just said, I know that you’ve
believed I’m innocent, right?”

“Let me go, you scoundrel,” Janetta struggled hard. She didn’t know if she really believed his flattery or
couldn’t get rid of his shadow in her heart. This man was a poison, slowly seizing her heart.

right? Did they arrange for you to come?”

Janetta didn’t answer him and twisted her body vigorously around his arms, just trying to break free

Kent took a deep breath, pressing down the urge, but he still unexpectedly carried her up.

Janetta felt her body suddenly lose its center of gravity and subconsciously hold on his robe, “What are
you doing?”



Kent smiled and said, “Of course to take you to repay my innocence.”

“Put me down,” Janetta kicked the air.

She felt embarrassed to disturb their slumbers early in the morning. Only Kent could do this dubious
thing.

Olive was awakened by the knocking sound. She sat up at once and was about to get out of the bed,
“What’s that sound?”

Alan frowned in displeased, stretching out his hand to pull her back. “Go back to sleep, I’ll go and
check.”

When the door opened up, Kent was kicking his foot. The thing in front of him suddenly disappeared
making Kent staggered forward.

It was fortunate that his years of experience in responding to impromptu allowed him to stand firm.



Janetta flushed to her ears with embarrassment and punched him in the chest with her first. “Put me
down.”

Kent put her down, but still locked an arm around her waist so that she couldn’t escape. “Hoyle, tell this
woman that there was nothing between me and that woman last night.”

To have his good time being disturbed in the morning upset Alan, “This woman? That woman? You and
that woman were alone in the same room. One, I didn’t watch you guys. Two, I didn’t put a camera in
