Chapter 463: Naughty Annie

Olive blushed in embarrassment that she was recognized. It had to be when she took off her
sunglasses while taking the photos. The young couple even took out the newspapers from their bag.
Now that it was impossible for her to deny them so she smiled and nodded.

“Your daughter is so beautiful and cute. Can we take a photo with you and the little princess?”

With the way the young couple asked so politely, could she say no?

After the boat got ashore and they took a photo together, the young couple left contentedly.

There were children building sand castles in the shade. Annie, with her invincible friendliness, had
gone to play with some of the children together.

Olive bought some cold drinks and gave each men one. Then secretly compared their catch. After she
took a look around the lake, their results seemed to be quite plentiful and she couldn’t count it.

It was just that when she saw her man’s bucket was empty, she felt a little anxious for him, “Honey, no
way. You haven’t caught any of them.” Was he bad at this or he just had a bad luck?

Alan took the mineral water she handed, unscrewed the lid and took a few sips, “What’s the rush?
Fishing is a patient activity. Do you want to try?”

“Forget it. I can’t do it. I might as well go playing sand with Annie.”

But when she returned to the place where Annie was playing, she didn’t see her shadow. A few
children was concentrating on building the sand castle. Annie was the only one missing.

“Annie?” She looked around and asked the children.

The children pointed a direction and was smiling, as if planning something.



Olive suspiciously walked to under the tree. Except for a few adults and children playing sands under
the shade, she didn’t see her daughter. Her heart sank at once. A bad thought got into her head. Could
it be…

What Olive feared most was when she was being useless. Even if the Meyers were arrested and legal
procedure was set in motion to bring them to trial, it was difficult to prevent their loyal subordinates who
would sacrifice their lives for them at all costs, taking the opportunity when they weren’t on guard.

It didn’t rule out this possibility. So, had Annie accidentally walked too far away, or did something really
happen?

Her daughter was gone and she couldn’t stand the thoughts. She just wanted to find her quickly and at
the same time to inform Alan.

When she only just typed in half of his number, suddenly there was someone jumped out of the sand
next to her feet with a loud scream.

Olive was frightened and realized it was her own mischievous daughter. She truly wanted to both cry
and laugh.

The children probably had discussed it earlier and they were giggling right now. The adults who were
sitting at the side and looking after their children also laughed out loud.

Someone told her, “These little kids have scared a lot of adults with this method.”

Annie’s clothes, face and hair were covered with sand. Olive couldn’t care and slapped her, then she
hugged her. “You’ve really scared mom to death. I almost thought you were taken away by bad guys.”

Annie hugged her neck with a regret expression, “I’m sorry, mommy. I won’t dare to tease you like this
again.”



Only then did blood return to Olive’s face a little. Fortunately, it was just a false alarm.

The men didn’t close their shots until it was six. Six buckets were put in a circle. The results were very
gratifying. Big and small fish were alive and well. From just looking at it, Olive really couldn’t tell who
was lighter and heavier, each of them looked similar.

Annie climbed up the bucket and stretched out her hand. She caught a fish in her hand and blew air
into the fish’s mouth. It was funning watching its cheeks shrunk.

Luke squatted beside her and coaxed her, “If you kiss it, it’ll become a mermaid prince and come home
with you.”

Annie blinked innocently, “Really?”

Luke said in a confident tone, “Of course it’s true.”

Annie thought for a while, “Okay, I’ll try.”

The little girl held the fish, but unexpectedly brought it to Luke’s mouth, making him kiss the fish’s
mouth.

Everyone leaned forward and backward with laughter.

Because Alan chose the farthest position, he was the last one to return. He saw the scene from far
away. “If you want to tease my little girl, you should be thankful that she didn’t play you around.”

Luke spitted repeatedly. When he felt a fishy smell in his mouth, he frowned. “Boss, your little girl is too
smart.”

Annie held the fish and deliberately said, “Uncle Luke, this is a female fish. You’ve kissed her, but why
she didn’t become a mermaid princess?”



“How do you that it’s a female? Maybe it’s a male.”

“It told me.”

“Aniet Steele, you’re being too naughty.” Luke ran away to a stall to buy a bottle of water and rinsed his
mouth vigorously.

Kent smiled and looked at Alan, “Hoyle, why are you acting so slow today? Is it because you’re too
ashamed that you didn’t catch anything? Get your bucket here and let us take a look.”

Fishing wasn’t only about experience, but it was also about luck. It was useless if you had ample of
experience, yet had bad luck.

Olive was also worried. She went to see him twice and both times his buckets were empty. Yet he
wasn’t in a hurry and was leisure.

Alan put the bucket in front of them, “I released the small fish and only this one is left. Let’s see if it has
enough weight.”

Everyone leaned forward together. Annie also squeezed her head between the adults’ legs and yelled,
“Dad, you’re amazing.”

A ten something kilo of carp laid impressively in the bucket.

James said with a bitter face, “Bye bye to my Pagani sports car.”

When they drove back, they bought a few boxes of beer on top of the mountain. After returning to the
villa, there was even an electric scale which didn’t know where it came from.

The big carp that Alan caught weighed 36 kilograms.



Olive once saw news on the Internet that someone in Thailand had caught the world’s largest carp
weighing more than 100 kilograms. That was the weight and shape she couldn’t imagine. She usually
ate small carp at home. The big one was no more than four to six kilograms. So, it was her first time to
see such a big carp today.

Alan won the championship without any suspense. And the remaining were actually not much different,
it was only a few kilograms.

Olive didn’t care who ranked the last. What she worried about now was with so many fish and the hunt
they caught this morning, could they eat all of them tonight?

In the end, Luke defeated James, ranking second to last.

Luke laughed and swept away his depressed of being kissed by a fish just now. “Haha. Although I can’t
take a holiday, I don’t need to work overtime. Sorry, James.”

James really wanted to cry, “God, you’re really unfair.”

Kent smiled and patted him on the shoulder, “A true man has to pay when he dares to bet.”

James hid inside Ezra’s arms, “Azra, they’re all bullying me. You have to take revenge for me.”

Ezra’s mouth twitched twice, “How? I’m not the first, can’t get a Pagani for you.”

Alan said behind him, “If you can with the contract with the Americans within seven days, I can
consider giving you a Pagani as a reward.”

James instantly turned energetic, “Then I’ll book a flight to the US now.”

Kent hit him, “Enough. It’s not like you can’t afford it with your money in the bank.”

James grinned, “It feels different to spend your own money and spend other people’s money.”



Olive stared at this group of lively men. It was a lively scene. Since there were so many men interested
with the preparation, they looked fine without her. So she pulled Annie to upstairs first and gave her a
bath.

The little girl’s hair was full of fine sand and it was really hard to clean up.

“Mommy, why don’t you scold me?”

Olive was slightly confused, “Why should I scold you for no reason?”

Annie wiped the water off her face and seriously said, “Mommy, I really didn’t mean to scare you today.”

She knew that the thing Mommy Olive was most afraid of was that bad guys would treat her wrong. So,
that was why she was allowed to learn martial arts so that she could defend herself and protect herself.

Olive rubbed her hair, “Stupid. Mommy knows that my baby is the most sensible child.”

“Don’t worry. I won’t be caught by the bad guys. I will only beat the bad guys.” Annie put on her fighting
stance and kicked the water in the bathtub, causing the water splashed all over Olive.

“But you’re not allowed to do those dangerous things in the future, okay? Like last night, it scared mom
that my heart almost came out. If grandpa and grandma saw it, they would faint.” Olive instilled a sense
of safety to her daughter. Although she was young, it was necessary. Although she was brave and
skilled, she was still not an adult. There was always some inadequate consideration.

“Don’t worry. I’m very good in front of grandpa and grandma. I will never make them angry and worry,”
Annie promised and patted her chest.

“Then what you mean is you can be naughty when your grandpa and grandma are away.”

things.”

“Do you dare to do bad things?” Olive smiled and poked her belly and armpit with her finger.

Annie giggled in the water.

Alan went upstairs. He heard their laughter from the long distance and his lips couldn’t help but curled
up. He pushed open the bathroom door.

“You two are having fun.”

Annie yelped and dipped her small body into the water, only showing her head lying on the edge of the
tub. She shouted, “Mommy, uncle is peeking a little beauty taking a bath. He’s a gangster.”

“I’m a gangster?” Alan pointed at himself. He put on a big hat which pressed him so heavy.

“Get out first, uncle. Or I’m calling this a sexual assault.” The little girl patted at the water.

“Sexual assault?” Alan was really dumbfounded. His daughter had known a lot after getting a little
older.

Olive turned around and said to him, “Go out first. Although she’s young, she’ll be uncomfortable by
you standing here.”

“Aye.” Fine, in order to take care of the little beauty’s self-esteem, Alan backed out.

When both mother and daughter had taken a bath, they came out like two hibiscus coming out of the
water.

Alan stared at his wife’s wet face. His throat moved unconsciously.



Annie stood in the middle and spoilt the fun with a sentence, “Uncle, your eyes looked naughty.”
