Chapter 469: The Boss is powerful

There was a moment of silence as Mrs. Hoyle didn't seem as aggressive as she once was since she
was about starting a new acquaintance with Olive, and suddenly Mrs. Hoyle didn't know how to
communicate with Olive.

"Mrs. Hoyle, do you have anything else to say?"

"No, good-bye."

Olive raised her lips as she listened to the busy beep of the phone hanging up and thought of Mrs.
Hoyle's awkward voice when Mrs. Hoyle talked to her.

Was this a good start? At least Mrs. Hoyle was less domineering towards her than Mrs. Hoyle had
been.

Annie really helped.

By the time Olive returned to her private box, some of the dim lights have dimmed and the noise of the
crowd has died down.

She thought she had gone into the wrong room and was about to come out when she saw the sizzling
up of the candle in the middle of the table.

Someone shouted, "Happy birthday, Boss. I wish you many happy returns of the day.

Then they started singing birthday songs in a jagged pattern, making the scene seem old-fashioned
and uncreative.

Well, it's Kent's birthday today? Why didn't anyone tell her? How could Alan say nothing to her? If he
had spoken to her earlier, she could have prepared a present.



"Make a wish." They cried.

Kent slapped his subordinate on the head. "Today, as a single man, I have been fooling around with
you, and you have wished me many happy returns of the day. Do you want me to stay single all the
time?"

Kent's subordinate laughed. "What makes you think so? I wish you many years as wise as you are
today. Boss, you are so charming, and you are a very rich bachelor, so the line of women admiring you
is longer than the train. If you were to remain a bachelor, would you not be hated greatly by both man
and God? What do you want those of us who work for you to think? So, if you want a woman, it's as
easy as saying a word. All kinds of beauties are yours to choose from, no matter how tall or thin."

his subordinate. "Come here."

Kent's subordinate was obedient and moved closer.

"Turn around." Said Kent.

Kent gave his subordinate a kick in the ass and said. "I haven't seen you learn anything else, but you
are getting better at flattering me."

Kent's subordinate wasn't prepared for this, so he had a sudden intimacy with the floor.

The atmosphere was even warmer since everyone in the private box seemed to be laughing their
heads off. Kent's subordinate was not ashamed, as he got to his feet and laughed. "Boss, are you
deliberately molesting me?"

"You shameless gay, the Boss is a real straight man, so don't expect that."



"Even if the Boss becomes gay, between the two of you, you will be fucked by the Boss."

Amid all the laughing and joking, Olive sat next to Alan, whispering in his ear. "It's Kent's birthday today,
so why didn't you tell me about it in advance?"

Kent told her. "You can ask Alan to help you."

Olive smiled. "If I didn't have confidence, I wouldn't be able to compete with you, Boss Bai."

"You are a woman, so how can you drink so much?" "Is it because you were lovesick during those
years that you drank a lot?" he quipped to her, feeling a little curious.



Olive was teased, but she wasn't angry. Instead, she gave him a meaningful look, and then, slowly
