“I was thinking about you. The fact that you used to look at other women with those eyes of yours
makes me really uncomfortable,” Sally replied while standing next to the bed.

“We're a married couple. How could I not be jealous if you're thinking about other women?” Sally said
the exact same thing he said earlier that afternoon.

second time, so I feel like you were stalling to come up with a lie.”

Sally pursed her lips in response. The next thing he knew, she got up and walked out of the bedroom
without looking back.

He then leaned back against the bed and said, “Bribing me with wine isn't going to quell my anger, you
know?”

Sally nodded and sat down on the side of the bed. “Do you want to drink it yourself, or do you want me
to feed it to you?”

That was when Cooper realized she wasn't bribing him with the wine but herself.

As Cooper didn't give her an answer, Sally decided to make the choice for him. Taking a sip of the red
wine, she moved to kiss him on the lips.
