After a moment, Andrius bit the bullet and asked, ” So, what’s going on between you two now? If you
don’t plan to get involved with her, I’ll only treat her like any normal doctor when she comes to check on
the old master the next time. There won’t be a need for me to be so courteous.”

Byron responded in a deep voice after a few seconds of contemplation. “Just remain like how you were
before.”

The woman would be going abroad soon, after all. She would not be giving the old master that many
more physical examinations.

Hearing this, Andrius breathed a sigh of relief after knowing that Byron was still interested in Rosalie.

Arriving at this point, Andrius dragged his words. He glanced at the expression of his friend who was

Andrius paused for a bit before continuing, “The same thing happened again the past two days. All the
medicinal materials businesses in Coast City have been warned not to cooperate with Dr. Jacobs’
research institute. Now, only the Quirkes are Dr. Jacobs’ partner.”

There was a thin layer of anger on Byron’s face. ” Who’s behind this?”

Andrius pondered for a moment but still did not mention it outright in the end. He patted his shoulder
unfathomably. “Buddy, this is as far as I can say. I don’t believe that it’ll be difficult for you to check in on
this matter. The rest is for you to investigate yourself.”

Melody was also his elder anyway. Besides, at the end of the day, this was a family affair. If he were to
reveal any more, he would look to be somewhat overstepping.

He thought that Byron would wait until work tomorrow morning to start looking into it, or at most, he
would wait until they were done in a moment before going back to check in on it himself.
