The Woman In His Arms

“Auntie!”

The three kids looked at the people on the sea excitedly and let out a long sigh of relief.

Rosalie smiled and waved to the little ones.

Soon, the staff lowered the ladder and let them on board.

Although the dive was very enjoyable for Rosalie, it did consume a lot of physical strength. When she
climbed the ladder, she found it a little laborious.

The instructor waited below and wanted to lift up his arms to lend her some strength.

However, he suddenly felt a sullen look fall on him, and his heart shrank unconsciously.

Looking up, he saw that Byron had walked to the ladder discreetly. His eyes swept away from the
instructor and fell on Rosalie.

For a while, the instructor’s hand froze in the air for a few seconds. Then, he silently retracted them.

Something told him that if his hands really touched Rosalie, he would probably lose his hands in the
future.

Rosalie struggled to climb and subconsciously looked back at the instructor for help but saw that the
instructor was looking around casually, not looking at her at all.



Rosalie had no choice but to look away and try her best to get back up aboard. Suddenly, a big hand
appeared in front of her.

Immediately afterward, Byron said, “Grab my hand.”

Hearing this, Rosalie raised her eyes subconsciously and met the man’s dark eyes.

For some reason, Rosalie’s heart tightened inexplicably the moment they looked at each other.

The little ones on the side were restrained by the safety buckles and could not come to help her, but
they were also looking at her with concern.

Rosalie hesitated for a while but reached out and grabbed the man’s hand because she did not want to
keep the little ones waiting for a long time, she held on with Byron’s strength as support and climbed up
the ladder step by step.

As soon as she got on the yacht, Rosalie immediately let go of the man’s hand.

Seeing her avoiding himself intentionally, Byron’s eyes darkened, but he did not say anything. He just
looked at the person in front of him.

“Thankyou,” Rosalie whispered her thanks and wanted to change her clothes.

However, when she took the first step, her legs suddenly went weak.

Rosalie was not able to react and had already fallen forward.

The little ones were startled and wished they could get out of the safety buckles to support her.

Fortunately, Byron, who was behind Rosalie, dashed forth in time and pulled her into his arms.

Rosalie was still a little frightened and leaned on the man to calm down for a while.



“It’s the first time you’ve been underwater, and you were diving for so long. It’s normal for your legs to
not be used to walking on shore all of a sudden. It’s good to rest for a while,” a staff member explained
on the side.

Hearing this, the little kids were relieved.

Byron was also relieved, and he frowned at the woman in his arms.

Rosalie came back to her senses after realizing that she was leaning against Byron’s arms and there
were many people staring at them.

Even the little ones were looking at them, dumbfounded.

Realizing this, Rosalie frowned suddenly and tried to get up from the man’s arms in a panic.

The man seemed to have sensed her intention, and his hand around her waist tightened again. “I’ll help
you sit over there.” 1

Rosalie frowned and wanted to refuse, not wanting the little children to misunderstand.

The man still supported her reluctantly and walked in the direction of the little ones.

Rosalie had no choice but to swallow her words.

As the pair reached where the little ones were seated, Byron leaned over to help her sit back. The little
kids quickly reached out to support her.
