Chapter 473 Be Patient With The Children

After not hearing a comment from Rosalie for a long time, Lucius could not maintain his composure as
his face flushed slightly. “I was just anxious to cure the child just now. I had good intentions.”

Hearing this, everyone frowned in unison.

Rosalie’s expression also sank slightly.

A young female voice broke the rigid atmosphere in the room.

“You’re the one who’s no good. You caught Joy and scared Pippin!” A little girl pointed at Lucius angrily.

She was the oldest of the group of children and had usually been taught to take good care of her
younger siblings. Right now, the little girl just wanted to vent her anger on behalf of her younger siblings.

Hearing what the child said, Lucius’ eyes widened with anger.

He would have liked to teach this little one a lesson if it were not for so many people being present.

to apologize,” Xander said to Lucius with a frown as he did not want to waste the free clinic’s time.

Hearing Xander’s words, Lucius’ expression froze. In the end, he forced an ugly smile and turned to look
at Rosalie under the Lancer family’s pressure. “Dr. Jacobs, I was too hasty just now. I didn’t take the
child’s situation into account, but I did it out of good intentions. Please understand this.”

Naturally, Rosalie could tell how reluctant he was with his words, but she did not take it to heart. She
smiled at Lucius calmly. “I believe you wanted to cure the child, and that was indeed the only well-known



pain-relieving acupoint. Anyone else would also apply the needles based on that, so I understand you
very well. However, the person you should apologize to is not me but them.”

At that, Rosalie turned sideways, revealing the little ones beside the hospital bed to everyone.

The tears on the children’s faces were still wet, but having been given a fright by Pippin, they even forgot

Lucius looked at the children with an ugly expression, then glanced at Xander beside him.

They nodded timidly.

Seeing that the brothers had forgiven him, the little girl looked at Lucius again. “Okay, then we forgive
you, but don’t scare US like this in the future. Pippin can’t stand to be frightened.”



Lucius reluctantly revealed a slight smile and looked back at everyone as if to say that he had already
apologized. Were they still dissatisfied?

Everyone could see his perfunctory behavior, but it was not easy for Lucius to get to this stage, so they
did not say anything.

Xander opened his mouth to end the farce. “The matter here has been resolved. Everyone, please go
back to your respective posts. The children are still waiting for you. Please learn your lesson and be
patient with the children.”

Everyone responded one after another before turning around and going back to their respective
compartments.
