Let Go of Me

“President Lawrence, please don’t do this. We are but two strangers. I’d be very perplexed if you did
this.”

Rosalie kept calm. She frowned at the person in front of her.

After she said that, she saw Byron’s lips part inexplicably.

The man’s cold voice rang through the car in the next second.

“A stranger? So, it turns out that Miss Jacobs would invite a stranger to dinner as she pleases and that
she would also get into a stranger’s car. Since Miss Jacobs thinks so, however, I don’t mind getting well
acquainted with you!”

Rosalie was about to refuse him but when she looked up, she saw that the man was already in front of
her.

The man’s large body was filled with an oppressive force in the narrow car which was practically
rendering her breathless.

“What are you doing!” Rosalie looked at the person in front of her, alert.

Byron replied leisurely, “I just want to introduce myself to Miss Jacobs properly.”

Rosalie coldly refused, “I don’t want to hear it! I also don’t think it’s necessary for US to get
acquainted!”

Byron did not allow her to refuse him and said to himself seemingly, “My name is Byron Lawrence, I am
the current president of the Lawrence Group, and six years ago, we were married before…”



Hearing this, Rosalie lowered her gaze in panic as if she had been stabbed by something.

The man grasped her chin firmly, however, forcing her to raise her head, to look straight into his eyes
as he continued the rest.

Rosalie Jacobs. However, she left a divorce agreement and took off without saying goodbye six years

remembered my name so quickly.”

Hearing this, Rosalie was baffled, when she saw the dark expression on the man’s face, fear rose in
his heart, she felt like she would be swallowed alive by him in the next second.
