Condition started To Get Worse

Andrius clearly saw the two of them locking gazes and very sensibly did not say anything.

He waited until they withdrew their gazes before looking at Rosalie with a smile. “The few medicinal
material businesses that I contacted have only just set up their branches in Coast city, but they can
ensure the medicinal materials supply for your research institute. I wonder if you mind this?”

Rosalie put her thoughts away, and the smile on her face was spot on. “Since you were the one who
introduced them, I believe they’re capable. Also, we’re just a small research institute. We don’t need
too many medicinal materials. Branch offices are enough for US.”

Andrius raised his brow slightly. “It’s a small research institute now, but with you here, who knows how
it’ll develop in the future?”

Rosalie pursed her lips and smiled, she did not answer that and just said, “As for confirming the
partnership proposals, I wonder what are the medicinal material businesses’ plans?”

She just wanted to solve this problem as soon as possible, preferably before Melody caught wind of it.

As long as she solved the problem regarding the medicinal material businesses and then moved
abroad to settle down, the research institute would no longer have anything else to do with her. Melody
would no longer bother them as well.

Andrius said, “One of the business’ head office is in City s. It’ll be best if you can visit them in person
when you’re free.”

Rosalie readily agreed. “I can do it at any time. Might I trouble you to inform me when they’ve
determined the time?”



Andrius nodded.

After discussing business, the atmosphere at the dining table became a little stiff.

Andrius looked at the two individuals around him and could not help feeling a little nervous for them.

Although Rosalie did not chase Byron away, the two of them had not even shared a word during the
entire meal…

After thinking about it, Andrius decided to help them.

“Byron, how has Estelle been the past two days?” Andrius took a bite of food as if nothing had
happened. He put his cutleries down and looked at Byron next to him.

Hearing this, Byron’s and Rosalie’s expressions simultaneously changed.

Byron did not expect him to suddenly bring up Estie. He subconsciously glanced at the woman across
from him only to see her head bowed as she ate. He frowned with slight displeasure and replied
solemnly, “It’s nothing serious. Her mood just hasn’t really been stable. Lucas often comes to
accompany her recently.”

Ever since the little girl learned that Rosalie was going abroad, although she had been trying to get
better, she carried a weight in her heart. Her mood always fluctuated.

The little girl became like this because of the woman, and when the person sitting opposite him heard
of her situation, she did not even seem to care.

Thinking of this, the temperature surrounding Byron’s body gradually dropped.

Hearing Andrius bring Estie up so suddenly, Rosalie’s heart constricted, she had to use so much effort
to suppress her urge to ask questions. She just lowered his head and pretended to be calm.



Hearing Byron’s answer, she felt even guiltier deep down.

She had long known that the little girl would experience mood swings because of her, but she still so
ruthlessly said those words to her.

The little girl must hate her very much now…

Andrius’ voice sounded in her ears again. “Just what happened during this time? Estelle’s condition
had always been stable. There were even signs of improvement during this period. We haven’t even
had the time to rejoice, yet her condition started declining again. Now, she’s unstable once more. How
long will it take for Estelle to get better?”

Andrius glanced at Rosalie, who was opposite him when he said it, either intentionally or not.
