She turned to look at Tong Jiaming’s test paper and her brows finally unfurrowed.

In order to drive her point home and to let Tong Jiaxin knew that she was not joking, Tong Xuelu made herself, Tong Mianmian, and Tong Jiaming a malt drink after they had completed their homework. Tong Jiaxin did not get any.

Liu Dongchang shook his head. “That won’t be appropriate. Just c’mon out.”
Tong Xuelu felt that he was acting strangely. But it was broad daylight and they would be outdoor, so she followed him out after thinking over it some.
The two stopped some 3-4 meters away from the restaurant.
The weather had been getting colder and colder. Even in the afternoon, it was still windy outside and the wind could make one’s face hurt.
Tong Xuelu, “What is it that you want to talk to me about, Manager Liu?”
She didn’t really feel like looking at his square face in this wind.
