Lu pushed him away slightly and sized him up as she asked in a small voice. “Are you alright?”
Jing Yiran said, “Yes. No one dared to approach me fearing that I would jump off the building. Wasn’t it a good method?”
He noticed Lu’s pale face and the blood stain on her clothes.
He felt his heart ache. Even though the wounds on her were not fatal, he was concerned.
“Are you injured? I will take you to hospital!”
