Chapter 908 We Got in Touch Again

Before Elvis' man could finish, Elvis directly kicked him.

"Hurry up. I want to leave here! You're so useless!"

Elvis had a bad temper.

Looking at the unconscious Nicole, Elvis smiled.

Elvis walked to the balcony, picked up the phone and dialed a number.

Elvis got through soon and a female voice came.

"Who is it?"

"Audrey, Nicole is in my hands."

Just as Elvis finished, Audrey became nervous.

"Elvis?"

"What a coincidence. We're in touch again."

Hearing Elvis' words, Audrey squinted, alert.

"What do you want to do?"

"Audrey, don't you know what I'm going to do? Oh, right, I just told Nicole something, and I guess
you're interested. It's about Xander's body. Do you want to see him?"

As soon as Elvis finished, Audrey became furious.



"You bastard! What exactly are you going to say? I knew twenty years ago that it was not Xander's
body. The testing equipment was limited. The DNA sample was blurry, but the similarity was 80%. I
have been staying at the border for diplomatic services all these years just to find Xander. Elvis, it was
really you who took him away."

Audrey was so angry that her chest hurt. Even after so many years, Audrey still couldn't get over it.

Elvis said coldly, "If you hadn't run after me, how could I have left here in such a hurry? Fortunately,

Audrey looked worried.

Zoe got up and went to look for Joseph.

Audrey closed the door of her room.

Audrey pulled out an iron box from under the bed. When she opened it, there was a notebook, which
was left by Xander.

Audrey hugged the notebook tightly and whispered, "Xander, have I really been selfish for so many
years? I thought it wouldn't matter if I didn't hand it over and kept it as a reminder. I'm surprised that
Elvis would still long for it. I should have thought that Elvis took such a big risk to come back definitely
not just for genetic data of the Greens. However, I always have the illusion that Elvis would be locked
up after being defeated by Samuel. Then the notebook you left will only be mine. I won't live long. I
wanted to be cremated with this book when I died and continued to talk to you about it. Unfortunately, it
seems that I won't be there when that day comes."

Audrey flicked the dust off the notebook and carefully pulled it into her arms.



Audrey went to Nicole's room.

Audrey packed up the notebook, changed into a nice dress, and went downstairs.

Edwin saw that Audrey was about to go out, and frowned.

"Where are you going?"

"I'm going to find Nicole."

"Stop it. Do you know where Nicole is? Samuel said they're looking for Nicole, so don't mess with it.
You're not well, so don't...."

"I know where Elvis is. Dad, don't worry about me. I'm Nicole's mother. I can't stand by and watch
Nicole in danger."

Hearing Audrey's words, Edwin felt sad.

"I didn't mean that, but what can you do? Your health is delicate. Samuel is young and vigorous, and
there is a fat chance of Elvis winning. Even if Nicole is in Elvis' hands, Samuel can definitely save
Nicole. Just listen to me and wait for the news at home."

"Elvis asked me to meet him."

Audrey said.

Edwin was shocked.



"What?"

children if I die."

Edwin squinted.

years."

Audrey turned around.

Audrey wore the dress Xander bought for her. Audrey and Xander were going to get married, but
Xander was called back to the Don's by Mrs. Don. Then Xander parted ways with Audrey.

Xander didn't get married all his life and left nothing for Audrey except for this dress and the notebook
in her arms.

Edwin suddenly panicked.



"Audrey, don't...."

"Dad, don't send anyone to follow me or inform Samuel. I'm confident that I can bring Nicole back.
However, there's something I don't want Samuel and you to know. You can still take me as your
proudest daughter. As for the rest, let me bury them completely."

"Audrey!"

"Dad, I won't live long. If I can see Xander before I die, I'll feel happy."

Edwin felt that Audrey was strange.

Audrey, however, didn't want to explain.

Audrey stopped Edwin from following her and drove out alone.

Edwin was worried and asked Steve to follow Audrey, but Steve lost her.

So Edwin notified Samuel of it. When Samuel knew that Elvis had an appointment with Audrey, he was
at a loss. But he still sent people to search for their whereabouts.

However, when Samuel got the news, Audrey had boarded Elvis' ship, which had left the port of
Seapolis City.

"Run after them!"

Samuel was extremely depressed.

"I wonder how they got out of the port right under my nose. Didn't we seal off all the exits?"

Samuel was furious.



Ernesto whispered, "One of us sailed for Audrey. He didn't expect Elvis to be with Audrey."

Samuel looked sulky.

Audrey was Samuel's mother-in-law, but Samuel really wanted to beat her up now.

"Is Mrs. Green on board?"

"She should be here."

Samuel looked gloomy.

"I guess Elvis will definitely leave the port to the high seas. Let's catch up. No matter what, we must

Ernesto brought his men to chase after Elvis at once.

Laurence's eyes were cold.

"I don't think Elvis will go to the high seas."

"Mrs. Green is pregnant just as my mother was. A lot of experiments may not work in adults. But if the
fluid is injected into the embryo which is still in the mother's body, there may be unexpected results like
me."

Hearing Laurence's words, Samuel was worried.

"Do you mean that Elvis intends to experiment on the child in Nicole's belly?"

"I guess so. I hope Elvis won't do that. However, if Elvis really wants to do this, he will definitely not go
to the high seas. Instead Elvis will return to his own domain. After all, Elvis can do what he wants to do
in the domain he's familiar with. So I think Elvis probably will dock at the nearest port and then go
abroad by helicopter. I don't believe Elvis only has one research base."

Hearing that, Samuel was uneasy.

If Laurence was right, could Samuel still save Nicole?
