Chapter 1671 This Place was Isolated

Xander took Eaton to part with Nicole.

Nicole felt the pain of parting again.

She sniffed, kissed her son on the forehead, and then whispered, “Dad, when I return from overseas
battlefields this time, I don’t want to part with any of you again. This feels so bad.”

Xander was also down for this.

He used to be a tough guy who worried about nothing. Since knowing that Audrey is still alive, and that
he still has a daughter, he was getting softer and gentler.

No one likes parting, but hasn’t someone said the word before?

“The parting at present is for the better reunion in the future”, and they are all looking forward to the
reunion.

“Take care of yourself! Be safe, and don’t make your mother and me worried about you.”

“Understood.”

Nicole nodded.

She knew that she could stay in country F and wait for Samuel and the others to come back. But the
feeling of missing made her unable to let go.

So, she must go abroad this time.

Xander took the baby on the helicopter first.

Until the moment she saw the helicopter flying up, Nicole couldn’t tell the feeling in her mind.



Trevin stood behind her quietly without being noticed. He held up an umbrella for her to block the hot
sun, and whispered, “Mrs. Green, we should go too.”

Nicole looked at Trevin behind him. He has grown a lot in the past two years, and he was almost only
second to Finn at Night Elf Empire.

His immaturity had also been replaced by ignorable calmness.

Nicole nodded and got on the plane.

Fill and some team members were also on the plane.

This was unexpected by Nicole.

“Why are you here?”

Fill’s expression was a little nervous. He looked at Nicole for a while, and finally felt that he shouldn’t
hold back to her. He whispered, “Mr. Green and his crew had been ambushed. He contacted us via the
unique contact channel of the Sky Group. We are going to help. I just heard that Trevin and the you
guys are going over, so we are going with you.”

“Ambush?”

“What’s the specific situation, like injury?”

Fill shook his head.

“Tell the pilot to go faster!”

Nicole gave the command calmly, even though sweat was oozing from her palms.

After everything she had gone through, she was no longer the woman who panicked and freak out
when there’s situation.

The plane quickly reached the overseas battlefield. The battlefield was in a terrible mess.

The hospital was full of wounded people. There were not enough beds, not enough doctors, not
enough nurses. The whole place is so messy.

“Doctor Harry, do you need anti-inflammatories? Come and get me that! Just hurry!”

A doctor in a white coat shouted directly, and a nurse ran to the medical room quickly.

Nicole should not have landed here. But they were forced to land, saying that there was fire zone up
front and their plane could not fly over.

Trevin quickly helped Nicole get off the plane, and he was shocked when he saw this scene.

They all grew up in a peaceful nation. They didn’t know how cruel overseas battlefields could be,
especially Nicole. Even after experiencing so much with Samuel, it was the first time she saw such a
tragic scene.

It was as if they had entered the purgatory of earth.

Fill’s brows frowned, and for a moment he felt like he had come back to when he and Samuel entered
the battlefield together for the first time.



He glanced at Nicole and said in a deep voice, “This is the battlefield. Every life here is very fragile. The
overseas battlefields are even more cruel. It is very likely someone died because the medicine wasn’t
delivered in time.”

When Nicole came, she saw medicines in the supplies behind. She didn’t know why they would carry
them at the time, but now she finally understands.

“Did you bring these medicines here for them?”

“I’m doing this for Mr. Green. We don’t know where they are now, nor what they are going to suffer.
What I can do is to give them a thorough backup plan. I don’t allow them to lose the chance of survive
because of the shortage of medicine.”

Fill’s words moved Nicole very much.

At this moment, she suddenly heard a familiar voice sounded in her ears.

“Doctor Harry, hurry up! This soldier is injured. Hurry up and make arrangements!”

Nicole turned back quickly. Her eyes fell on the woman not far away.

It’s Olivia!

She was transporting the wounded when pregnant with baby, with stains all over her face. But she
didn’t mind the stains nor her pregnancy.

Nicole thought she recognized the wrong woman, so she rubbed her eyes. But when she confirmed
that she was Olivia, Nicole rushed over.

“Olivia!”



Checking her body over and over again, she grasped Olivia’s arm and asked nervously, “Why are you
here? Don’t you know that you are pregnant?”

Olivia was stunned for Nicole’s arrival, but quickly withdrew her hand and said, “Nicole, I will talk to you
later. I am sorry that there is no time now.”

After speaking, she directly pushed the stretcher into the operating room.

Nicole was dumbfounded.

She knew that Olivia had never learned anything about being a nurse. But she couldn’t help but admire
her when she saw Olivia doing nurse job proficiently, as if she had done it thousands of times.

This might be what the wife of soldiers should be.

Olivia was Jacob’s woman. Jacob was at the front line, and she was not even sure whether he was
alive or dead. She thought that Olivia would be desperate to find Jacob. But Nicole did not expect that
Olivia would help these soldiers here in the hospital doing the best of what a woman could do.

No one knew Olivia’s feelings for Jacob better than Nicole. She could even calm down and solve such
a deep misunderstanding before, how could she not worry about Jacob’s safety at this time?

But she stayed here, trying her best to help the wounded.

Nicole suddenly felt that Olivia was even more respectful in her heart.

“Trevin, call Finn and ask him to send more supplies over. And ask Mr. Morty to send some doctors and
nurses over.”

“Yes, madam.”

Trevin hurriedly contact them as Nicole commanded. But there’s no good news.



“Madam, the situation on the front line was tense. They had cut off all airline with the country. We had
been isolated here the moment we landed.”

Isolated?

Nicole frowned slightly and finally realized the cruelty of war.

“Mr. Morty won’t give up these soldiers. Don’t reveal the news to everyone for the time being. We didn’t
know where Samuel is yet. what we can do now is to protect the wounded and their families. We can’t
let anyone get hurt. Soldiers of the Night Elf Empire!”

“Yes, madam!”

“Protect everyone here at all costs!”

Nicole gave an order.

At the same time, there was a loud explosion outside. The whole ground seemed to be trembling. The
shouts of doctors and nurses sounded afterwards. Because all the mess and sound, Nicole couldn’t
even hear what they were saying.
