Chapter 993 You&##x27;re Crazy

"Watch out!"

Olivia broke out in cold sweat and grabbed the handle in the car. Nicole's face was somewhat pale and
cold sweat oozed out of her forehead.

Ashley was composed, but the corner of her mouth twitched slightly.

Nicole braked. The screech was terrifyingly ear-piercing.

The cars almost crashed, but they finally stopped with a very close distance between them.

Nicole's heart beat wildly. Before she could calm down, the door of the Ferrari opened.

Zayn, dressed in a white suit, walked out of the Ferrari and knocked on the door of Nicole's car.

Nicole's heart skipped a beat.

Ever since she found out that the person who died was Zayn's assistant, Nicole had been wondering
when Zayn would find her. Now, before she got on the plane, Zayn had come to her. Although she was
not surprised, Nicole still frowned.

"Get out of the car. Let's talk."

Zayn's voice was hoarse, and it sounded like he wasn't in a good mood.

Olivia grabbed Nicole and whispered, "You can't go. What if he goes mad and kills you? Don't forget
that you're still injured."

However, Nicole knew that she had to go. No matter what, his assistant was dead, and out of
conscience, she had to go meet him.



"I'd better go. I have to give Zayn an explanation. And if he wants to accuse Samuel, there will be

As Nicole spoke, she unbuckled her seat belt.

Olivia was anxious.

"Okay."

Nicole agreed.

"Where to talk?"

"In my car! Don't worry, I won't delay you from boarding the plane."



Zayn knew Nicole's whereabouts like the back of his hand, which surprised her.

She looked up at Zayn again. From his eyes, Nicole did not read any anger or other emotions, only
sadness and heartache.

"Alright."

Nicole felt inexplicable heartbroken.

She knew what it was like to lose someone.

When Samuel fell from the cliff in Bordeaux, Nicole wished she were dead. Now that she saw Zayn like
this, she couldn't help but recall the rumors.

Zayn and Pedro had an affair.

If this was true, such a pain would be so unbearable.

Nicole damaged Zayn's car. Olivia was so scared that she got down to stop him, but she was still late.

Zayn's car sped away like an arrow that was shot out.

Nicole did not have much emotion. She leaned against the window and watched everything outside
going back while thinking about Samuel.

She wondered how he was doing there.

Zayn drove to his apartment and stopped.

"Get off."

Nicole froze for a moment. It was not a wise choice to enter an apartment with a man who was

She unbuckled the seat belt and followed Zayn into the apartment.

The apartment was in a mess, and the strong smell of smoke made Nicole cough non-stop.

She scanned the surroundings. There were many wine bottles on the ground. Smoke filled the entire
room and her vision was blurred by it.

Nicole walked to the window and opened it, then bent down to tidy up the room.

Zayn looked at her silently but did not stop her.

His gaze was unfocused as if he took Nicole as someone else. There was a trace of longing in his
eyes, which distressed Nicole a little.

"Pedro's death..."

"It's not Samuel. Don't worry, I won't cause him any trouble."

Zayn knew what Nicole was going to say, so he spoke before she finished.

Nicole was somewhat relieved.

"Zayn, I know I can't change anything, but I still have to say, I'm sorry for your loss."

"Are you comforting me? Or sympathizing with me?"



Zayn looked at Nicole and said with a sharp tone.

Nicole was surprised by his sudden questioning. She didn't know how to answer it properly, so she just
shut up.

Zayn sighed and whispered, "Please get me some water. Thank you."

Nicole agreed and poured him a cup of warm water.

"No, I just want to talk to someone."

herself a cup of water.

back hit against the seat.
