Chapter 1376 Come Back To Life

When Rocky heard what Alyssa said, his tall and straight body couldn't help but also tremble. Even
though he already turned into a cold man, his heart became painful and his sorrow couldn't be
suppressed because one of the people he most cared about was about to die in his arms.

"I'm going to leave now. After I die, please bury me beside my brother. I don't want him to be too lonely
there." After saying her final words, Alyssa deeply looked at Rocky with affection and then slowly
closed her eyes.

Rocky's arms, which was tightly holding Alyssa, began to tremble. He was unable to hide the deep
sadness in his heart.

"I said I wouldn't let you die, Alyssa!" Rocky roared, trying his best to wake Alyssa up from her eternal
sleep. Unfortunately, no matter how good his medical skills were, there was no turning back. He was
unable to bring her back to life.

Marcia, who had been silently watching them, couldn't help but cry. She didn't expect that Alyssa would
end everything this way, but this might be the best choice for everyone's sake.

The Timber Moon Fox King, who was fighting against Glutton, stopped, raised its head and roared. It
was like it felt that its master had already died.

The battlefield, which had been filled with fighting moments ago, became still and quiet.

"Is there any way to bring her back?" Rocky didn't give up at all. He asked this question to the Dragon-
shaped Soul Beast using his spiritual sense. Even if the flesh of a member of the spiritual race was
destroyed, there was still a chance of survival if there was a spiritual soul left. So, he thought that even
if he couldn't save Alyssa right now, there might be a way to keep her alive.



"Her last blow was intended to burn her own spiritual soul power, so the counterattack power she
received was very astonishing. Her spiritual soul has been destroyed now, and it is almost impossible
to bring her back to life," the Dragon-shaped Soul Beast said and deeply sighed.

Rocky's face darkened when he heard that. It seemed that there was no hope left.

After Alyssa's death, her army was in total chaos. The morale of the enemy was destroyed when they
all saw that their situation was not good. The commanders immediately ordered them to withdraw. And
with that, they all quickly retreated.

Meanwhile, Marcia walked to stand beside Rocky. Looking at Rocky who was holding Alyssa tightly in
his arms, she softly sighed and said, "Basil, I'm terribly sorry for your loss."

Rocky remained still and silent for a long time. He just held Alyssa in his arms and looked down like he
was praying. Alyssa looked like she was just sleeping in his arms.

Suddenly, an icy light fell on the ground in an instant. Instantly, a beautiful figure with a long white robe
appeared which immediately shocked everyone. All the soldiers of the South United Army were
fascinated by her beauty.

The figure walked towards Rocky as if there was no one else present.

"It's you?" Rocky also noticed the appearance of the figure. When he looked up, he recognized the
figure. It was Ice Queen who had saved him from Alston's hands last time.

"What a touching scene!" Ice Queen teased and flashed a charming smile.

After glancing at Ice Queen indifferently, Rocky planned to leave with Alyssa in his arms and fulfill her
last wish which was to bury her beside Woods.



"Ah, it seems to me that you don't want to save her," Ice Queen said abruptly with a fake sigh.

Rocky stopped at once when he heard that. He immediately turned to look at Ice Queen and asked,
"Do you have any way to bring her back?"

"Well, of course. I will do anything for you as long as you ask." Ice Queen tenderly looked at Rocky as
she slightly bit her lower lip and playfully smiled.

"What do you want then?" Rocky didn't think that she would be so kind to help him save Alyssa for free.
There was always a catch with her.

"Smart men are not cute at all." Ice Queen smiled but immediately returned to her cold and arrogant
tone. "If you want to save her, you must promise me one thing. If you agree, then I will save her."

"What is it? Tell me already," Rocky quickly asked.

"Well, I can't tell you what it is right now. I just need you to tell me whether you will agree or not," Ice
Queen mysteriously said.

"If you don't tell me what you want me to do now, how can I even know whether I should agree with it or
not?" Rocky said with a cold look on his face. He felt that Ice Queen was profiting from his misfortunes.

"Well, you realize that you don't have any choice, do you? If you do want to save her, you will have to
agree." Ice Queen didn't really give Rocky any other option.

Rocky looked at Ice Queen and then at Alyssa's lifeless body in his arms. His eyes narrowed slightly,
and he deeply breathed. He knew that he had no choice.

"Alright, I promise you." Rocky finally made up his mind. Even if Ice Queen wanted to take his life, he
would let her do it. He couldn't let Alyssa die like this.



"Wait, Basil..." Hearing this, Marcia was a little worried. Ice Queen didn't seem like a good person after
all.

Ice Queen glanced at Alyssa and said with jealousy, "Ah, it seems that she is really that important to
you."

"Hurry up then!" Rocky urged her. He couldn't wait any longer.

Ice Queen sneered at him and then took out the Heavenly Ice Soul. She looked at Rocky and said,
"Her spiritual soul has already been destroyed. To the spiritual race, the spiritual soul is more important
than one's flesh. So, if you want to keep her flesh body, you have to give her another spiritual soul. The
Heavenly Ice Soul was originally refined by an ice beast that had lived for over a thousand years. It is
like the spiritual soul of the spiritual race. So, if it is put into her body, she will be revived from the dead.

long as he could save Alyssa's life, he would bear any price.

"How could this be possible?" Seeing this, Rocky immediately turned to look at Ice Queen in wonder.

"What's the big rush?" Ice Queen glared at Rocky and playfully pouted.



Not long after, the frost on Alyssa's body penetrated her skin. It made her skin as clear and smooth as
snow.

In no time, Alyssa's eyes blinked, and she let out a lazy hum as if she had just woken up. The next
ensuing moment, she slowly opened her beautiful eyes.

"Huh? Why would I...?" When Alyssa opened her eyes, she saw that Rocky was intensely staring at
her. Beside her was Marcia, and there was a beautiful woman that she didn't know.

Rocky breathed a sigh of relief when he saw that Alyssa finally came back to life.

Marcia also showed a hint of relief as she cupped her hands together in surprise.
