Chapter 1751 Altering The Result

Michelle, who was already satisfied with her Imperial Soul's potential at the low grade of the Heaven
Stage, was stunned. She froze in a smile of relief.

"There has to be a mistake! Even the potential of Michelle's Imperial Soul was only at the low grade of
the Heaven Stage. So how on earth could the potential of that guy's Imperial Soul shoot straight to the
middle grade of the Heaven Stage?" Holden questioned in disbelief.

The crowd looked doubtful and suspicious as well. This further intensified their gossiping among each
other.

Even a new genius like Michelle could only manage to reach the Imperial Soul potential at the low
grade of the Heaven Stage. And yet this nobody was proven to have achieved a stronger Imperial Soul.
This news was a hard pill to swallow for everyone.

Rocky was the most surprised out of all of them. He had already given up on the first round while
challenging the Heaven Stage. But why was the potential of his Imperial Soul deemed to be a grade
higher than that of Michelle?

What he didn't know, however, was that the Imperial Soul's potential evaluation standards in the
Imperial Soul Testing Array not only lied about how many challenges one had passed, but it also lied
about the comprehensive performance of the candidate. It turned out that Rocky's performances during
the Human Stage and Earth Stage were quite exceptional. So even though he gave up at the beginning
while challenging the first round of the Heaven Stage, the Imperial Soul Testing Array would still have
ranked the potential of his Imperial Soul at a much higher level.

Rocky, who had planned on only stopping at the level most suitable for him, had achieved an amazing
feat that left everyone stunned!



After all, if he—a low-grade Spiritual Emperor—allowed his Imperial Soul's potential to reach the middle
grade of the Heaven Stage, then the chances of him reaching the Shura Realm once he peaked as a
Spiritual Emperor would be very high.

And even then, Spiritual Emperors who reached their peak in the Ethereal Region usually didn't
possess such high potential in terms of the Imperial Soul. No wonder the crowd had a hard time
believing the result.

Even the Spiritual Emperor in charge of the announcement thought it was outrageous. He immediately

Colton and several elders of the Di Clan were baffled upon hearing the news. Such an amazing
Imperial Soul with great potential was rare even in their clan.

Colton soon arrived at a decision. They would review Rocky's results to avoid any further confusion
and doubt. Additionally, he would talk to him personally.

Upon receiving the news, the Spiritual Emperor who made the announcement earlier immediately
explained Colton's decision to Rocky.

"All right!" Rocky responded. He knew his result was peculiarly high. Since it was quite unexpected, he
had no objection to having his result looked into further.

After, the Spiritual Emperor announced the decision to the public as well and the uproar finally
subsided.

Rocky didn't stay for too long. He immediately left after bidding Eunice and Carla farewell.

"Why should his results be checked again? He's already proven how high the potential of his Imperial
Soul is! Isn't the potential of Michelle's Imperial Soul at the Heaven Stage too?" Carla gazed after



Rocky with pity.

"If his result ended up being just at the low grade of the Heaven Stage, they may have let it go. But his
result reaching the middle grade of the Heaven Stage! That's crazy! There have only ever been three
people in the Di Clan who had their potential of Imperial Souls proven to reach that stage since ancient
times," Eunice revealed. She appeared to still be in shock.

"If his test result doesn't count, I'm afraid he'll inevitably suffer a great loss," Carla said. She couldn't
help but worry for him.

"Don't worry. Our chief will give him justice!" Eunice confidently reassured her.

"I hope so," Carla admitted with a nod of her head.

"Why do I have this feeling that you care about him very much?" Eunice couldn't help but ask her with
growing suspicion.

"Stop talking nonsense! I just think that he's special!" an exasperated Carla sighed.

"I totally agree with you. If his result truly is at the middle grade of the Heaven Stage, I'm afraid many of
the top Spiritual Emperors won't be able to compete with him. The possibilities of his future would be
limitless!" Eunice voiced her opinion.

Carla nodded in agreement but then suddenly added, "This is weird. Somehow, I always feel as though
I've met him before; like he's someone familiar..."

"Oh? How come?" Eunice asked.

"He has the same vibe as Basil. They both are like enigmas, difficult to understand..." Carla admitted.



Eunice held herself back from revealing to her that the man they were discussing truly was none other
than Basil.

Then, the two of them left.

Although his results were still being questioned, Rocky still managed to attract a lot of attention. Among
those focused on him were the talented Spiritual Emperors including Michelle.

Not long after Rocky left the test area, Colton—donned in a bamboo hat in disguise to cover his identity
—met up with him. They headed to the peak of the Boundless Mountain to have a conversation.

"I didn't expect the potential of your Imperial Soul to reach the middle grade of the Heaven Stage. To be
honest, I was quite shocked when I heard the news," Colton revealed as kindly as he could after
removing his bamboo hat.

"Actually, you're not the only one. I was quite shocked, myself," Rocky replied with a grin.

"But it's not all bad news. After all, a person whose Imperial Soul was proven to have such high
potential is undoubtedly talented with a bright future ahead of him," Colton shared. He obviously
cherished and admired Rocky.

"But I'm scared that my identity will be exposed too soon." Rocky knew that if that happened, the other
Godly Geniuses would label him as a great enemy.

"That's my concern as well, which is why I've come to you and wanted to hear you what you have in
mind." Colton nodded his head.

"Could you possibly modify my test results? The high grade of the Earth Stage would be enough. At
least it guarantees that I'm still eligible to advance to the third round," Rocky suggested after much
thought.



"No problem."

"By the way, could you share what kind of test the third round will be?" Rocky asked as casually as he
could.

"In the next round, I'll be working together with the chief of the Sky-suppressing Mansion and the leader
of the Sovereign Pavilion to test the candidates." Colton wasted no time in revealing this to him.

"Well, that will be interesting, won't it?" Rocky never would've thought that the third round would be
held by the three big shots of the Ethereal Region.

"You'll need to be fully prepared. Don't be too careless in the next round." "I have nothing to fear. I still
have the chance of challenging one more time even if I failed this time, right?"

Rocky asked with a cheeky grin. "Yes. But if you do that as Basil, that would be quite inconvenient."

"That's right. After all, with my current identity as a member of the Di Clan, no one ever messes with
me."

"The next set of tests will get more and more difficult. Regardless, you still need to try your best,"
Colton said. "That's all I need to tell you. I'm leaving now. See you soon."

In the blink of an eye, he disappeared.

Rocky soon left the mountain top as well.
