Chapter 1454 Spotted One Martial Spirit

After all that was said, Miguel fell silent, immediately pulling a long face.

Even Xavier stared at Rocky morosely. It turned out that he still held a deep grudge against Rocky
because of what happened during the competition.

"His injuries look serious. We need to find a place where we can treat him first," Uriel said with a frown
after carefully checking the warrior's condition.

"Well, maybe some abilities are just innate. Oh, in other words, I’m a genius!" Rocky said proudly.

Ramon was at a loss for words when he heard Rocky’s arrogant yet slightly innocent remarks.
Normally, he wouldn’t believe that. However, after being with Rocky those past few days, he could not
refute that the young man really had several hidden talents and skills.

"Hmm. If you’re interested, I can share some of my experiences with you. Maybe you can get
something from it," Rocky suddenly offered.

"You’d really do that?" Ramon hesitated for a moment but ultimately showed interest.

"Of course! Aren’t we good friends?" Rocky said as he laughed in a carefree manner.

Ramon slightly shook his head and scoffed a little but didn’t say anything, as if he had agreed Rocky's
offer tacitly.

After that, Rocky taught some of his knowledge regarding spiritual beasts, and Ramon felt rather
surprised that he had learned a lot from him.

After midnight, it was the turn of Miguel, Tessa, and another warrior at the King Realm to stand guard.
However, instead of returning inside the cave and taking a rest, Rocky opted to stay outside and chat
with Tessa.

At daybreak, Uriel and the other three warriors at the King Realm had finally finished treating the
injured. After resting for another two more hours, they were ready to continue venturing into the depths
of the valley.

deliberately chose a more secluded route.

"For now, we can take a break first. We’ll enter the graveyard when the fog appears," Uriel said after
thinking for a while.

So, they stopped in their tracks and waited until the fog came.

After about a day, the whole valley finally began to emit a faint yellow spiritual fog, which instantly
enveloped the entire area.

"All right. It’s time. Remember what I told you and follow closely!" Uriel uttered in a serious tone.

Immediately after, they gathered around the elder and eventually entered the graveyard.

"Elder Uriel, what do martial spirits look like?" Rocky asked casually, as he hadn’t seen one yet.

completely a kind of entity, so we can’t attack them. Therefore, if you see one, there’s no need to waste
your spiritual power because it won’t have any effect on them," Uriel responded.

"Then, how can we catch one?" Rocky asked, a bit confused about what the elder just said.



"I see. Since it’s your first time exploring this place, you don’t know about the magic object that we
specifically use to capture martial spirits. Good timing. I can show it to all of you now," Uriel said as he
took out a hexagonal spiritual disk.

"This is the Spirit-restricting Disk, and there is a Spirit-restricting Array inside it that can restrain the
martial spirits’ movements. But it will need strong spiritual power to activate it," he explained further.

"I see. It’s an awesome item," Rocky said as he examined the disk.

"Everyone, pay close attention to your surroundings. If you notice any strange movement, inform me
right away," Uriel commanded.

Then, they moved forward while each of them was monitoring a specific direction, waiting patiently for
the rare marital spirits to make an appearance.

After a while, the spiritual fog in the valley became extremely dense.

Then, that was when Rocky suddenly noticed a blurry shadow floating nearby that looked like a ghost.

"Elder Uriel, is that the martial spirit?" Rocky asked as he quickly pointed at the shadow.

Uriel turned and looked towards the direction where Rocky was pointing, and his eyes immediately lit
up. "Yes, that’s it! Don't make a loud sound or you will alert it. I’ll get close to it first."

The elder tried his best to restrain his spiritual aura to a minimum as he slowly approached the floating
martial spirit.

When he got close enough to it, he began to chant the spiritual incantation. Then, the Spirit-restricting
