Chapter 1761 Escape The Spiritual Domain

"Master Enrique, how many do you think can get rid of your Spiritual Domain's control?" Colton asked
as he expectantly waited for his answer.

"At least sixty! After all, only the elites from the different sects could participate in the Spiritual Emperor
Contest. I'll be disappointed if no one could even get past the third round! I can't speak for the others,
but I'm sure the ones sent by our Sovereign Pavilion will never let me down! I believe Chief Crosby is
also thinking of the same thing as me," Enrique answered with a proud smile. He let the rest two know
that he was more than confident in their own Spiritual Emperors.

"I must admit it's true. But don't forget about our Spiritual Emperors from the Sky-suppressing Mansion.
I guarantee you that they'll make quite a scene." Not willing to be one-upped by the two, Crosby
chimed into their conversation.

While the three leaders were talking, the competition grew white-hot. The ten high-grade Spiritual
Emperors were making an impression on the audience, followed by the excellent middle-grade Spiritual
Emperors, including Lilith.

The contest grew more and more intense with each passing moment. Even the middle-grade and most
of the low-grade Spiritual Emperors were leaving nothing behind.

Meanwhile, Rocky was only a step away from escaping the Spiritual Domain. While everyone made
sure to give it their all, he deliberately slowed himself down. If he had gone all out, the match would've
been finished in a blink of an eye.

It only took a few moments for the high-grade Spiritual Emperors to leave Enrique's Spiritual Domain,
followed by those middle-grade ones, including Lilith and Isabel.

On the other hand, Michelle, who was leading the low-grade Spiritual Emperors, was now at the last
step of the race. But she found out soon enough that this was the hardest part of the race. It was as



hard as climbing up to heaven.

Her whole body ached, and she was drenched in sweat. Her clothes stuck to her soaking body, which
made everyone stare at her.

Carla, Eunice, Valeria, and Gloria were also subjected to the lewd and hungry stares of the crowd, but
they couldn't care less seeing that there was something more important than their appearance.

The only thing on their mind was to get rid of the Spiritual Domain and complete the first challenge first.

Meanwhile, Rocky was starting to lose control because the Spiritual Domain awakened the power of
his Imperial Soul inside him and instantly speed him up. At that moment, he was starting to gain on
Michelle fast.

Before he knew it, he had already passed Michelle and some of the middle-grade Spiritual Emperors
and was now only less than half a step away from getting away from the Spiritual Domain.

'When did he get past me? I can't believe it!' Michelle was inexplicably shocked when she noticed that
Rocky surpassed her.

Everyone was also puzzled by this. It was simply impossible for Rocky to be so fast at his current
strength.

But try as he might to hide it, Rocky had no way to stop the real power of his Imperial Soul from
bursting out.

'I can't go on like this. It's not the time to show my strength yet!' Rocky told himself. He knew well
enough that everyone would grow suspicious of him if he finished the race first.

'I'll give her a hand.' A light bulb lit up inside Rocky's head as he saw Carla nearby and thought of
something that might save him.



He opened his eyes and used the demonic soul skill which contained power from his Imperial Soul and
immediately rushed towards Carla.

Carla instantly felt an astonishing amount of power flowing through her body as she grew faster and
faster by the second.

Soon, with the help of Rocky, she began to catch up with Michelle.

And in less than five minutes, she surpassed her and was also less than half a step from the boundary
of the Spiritual Domain.

Michelle's face grew red with anger and embarrassment when she saw this.

In an instant, Carla's Imperial Soul was put to its limit. Suddenly a stream of water began shrouding her
body, causing a breathtaking spectacle.

With all her might, she took the last half step forward and became the first low-grade Spiritual Emperor
to leave the Spiritual Domain.

Michelle's blood boiled in fury when she saw this. Not once did she expect Carla to win over her.

The crowd immediately burst into a deafening uproar to cheer Carla. No one foresaw that she would be
the first one to leave the power of the Spiritual Domain.

Of course, only Rocky knew how Carla did it.

Even Carla herself felt confused, but she knew well enough that someone helped her.

Following closely behind, Michelle was the second one to escape from the Spiritual Domain.

"Damn it!" Michelle glared at Carla. "You must have cheated. Otherwise, how could you surpass me?"



"Do you have any evidence?" Carla sneered at her. Although she knew someone helped her, there was
no way that she would admit it in front of everyone. And she was confident that Michelle didn't know.

"Okay, you win, but next time, I won't even give you a chance. Enjoy it while it lasts." Michelle was
beyond irate as she threatened Carla, regarding her as a formidable enemy.

"Miss Michelle, it's not up to you to decide whether I have the chance or not!" Carla bit back without
fear.

"You..." Michelle didn't expect that Carla would answer back. But she knew she had to keep her
emotions in check in front of everyone.

Five minutes passed before Rocky couldn't suppress the power of his Imperial Soul anymore. He
zoomed out of the Spiritual Domain and was the third one to finish. For the strength he was showing,
such an achievement was already amazing.

Valeria, Gloria, Moore, and some other low-grade Spiritual Emperors were the ones to finish the
contest after him.

After a couple of hours, more than 60 Spiritual Emperors successfully escaped from the power of the
Spiritual Domain and completed the first challenge.

"The second challenge will begin at noon. I hope to see you all there in time!" Colton announced to the
contestants and then left the place with Crosby and Enrique.

At noon, the square was once again brimming with people. Those who completed the challenge in the
morning were eager to hear what the next set would be.

While Colton and the other two still hadn't arrived, the place was buzzing with speculation and
excitement.



"I can't believe that this year's Spiritual Emperor Contest is so different from all other contests. Even the
rulers of the three major forces at the Ethereal Region have come to watch in person!"

"But for me, the most exciting ones to watch are Michelle, Lilith and Carla. My eyes can't get enough of
their beauty!"

The rowdy crowd suddenly fell silent when three rays of spiritual light shot out of the sky and into the
square, making the three leaders appear out of thin air in a grand entrance.

"Now that everyone is here, the second challenge will begin. Master Cosby will be in charge!" Colton
announced.

Crosby strode forward, looked around at the Spiritual Emperors and said, "This morning, Master
Enrique has already tested your willpower, and we have also seen your efforts, but this is far from
enough. Therefore, next, I will summon the holy beast of our Sky-suppressing Mansion. If anyone can
survive for two hours in front of the holy beast, he or she will pass the second test. Anyone who can
hold on till the end will receive extra rewards!"
