deal with them?" Valeria asked with concern.

cover. I'll be back soon." With a smile, Rocky immediately went out the door to confront their enemies.

He first hid in the shadows and disguised himself as a member of the Shura Race no one had seen
before with a new mask. He then crept out of the building's edge and shouted, "Stop hiding and come
get me!" He quickly dashed towards the back of the mountain, enticing his opponents to chase after
him.

A handful of Spiritual Emperors emerged from the shadows and followed him.

Under the pale moonlight, Rocky saw a dozen figures chasing after him.

Not long after, Rocky arrived in a clearing at the back of the mountain and stopped.

The Spiritual Emperors of the Shura Race arrived nearly at the same time. They were divided into
several groups and each took a corner before they glanced at each other. It seemed that they didn't



expect that so many Spiritual Emperors would be sent to test Rocky. Inevitably, they grew wary in their
minds.

At the same time, Rocky turned around under the light of the stars and faced them.

When they saw that it was a different face, they all stirred uneasily.

"What?! You aren't the Godly Genius of the Ghost Fief!" One of the Spiritual Emperors gasped in
surprise.

pass my test," Rocky said with a sneer.

masked Spiritual Emperor sent by Israel shouted.

"It's up to you. I don't mind fighting you one by one, but you will definitely regret it!" Rocky provoked
them even more with a cocky smile.

"Brat, let me be the first one to fight you! I'll put an end to your miserable life!" a thin, shifty-eyed low-
level Spiritual Emperor shouted as he swiftly approached Rocky.

Although there was an opponent charging straight at him, Rocky remained steady and didn't move a
muscle.

"Take this!" As soon as the Spiritual Emperor got within striking distance, he immediately unleashed his
most powerful skill. With a defiant scream, several ghost shadows burst out of the ground and wrapped



Rocky's feet, rendering him unable to move.

At the same time, the low-level Spiritual Emperor stretched out his hand and a huge claw materialized
and slashed at Rocky.

The overwhelming spiritual power exploded in violent fashion the instant it attacked him. It sent dust
and rocks flying high into the clouds, leaving a crater on the ground. Since Rocky was unable to move,
he absorbed the force of the blow head on.

"Humph! I thought he was powerful, but it turns out he is just bluffing!" Surprised that Rocky couldn't
even conjure up a counterattack, the low-level Spiritual Emperor scoffed. He thought that Rocky must
be either dead or badly injured.

But as the dust settled, the confident smile on his face suddenly faded when he felt a chilling aura
approach him. When he came to his senses, a figure appeared out of nowhere and landed a gentle
slap on his chest before floating back like a ghost.

When the dust finally set, everyone was surprised to see Rocky standing there unharmed.

"You..." The low-level Spiritual Emperor was speechless. He couldn't fathom how Rocky survived his
most powerful attack. Before he could even react, a scorching hot flame erupted from his chest, igniting
his body and killing him until he was burned into a crisp.

The other Spiritual Emperors were shell-shocked. They didn't even see the moment when Rocky
attacked their comrade.

"Is there anyone else who wants to try?" With a cold and soul-piercing stare, Rocky asked everyone
with his hands behind his back.



"Who the hell are you?" the masked Spiritual Emperor asked. Judging from Rocky's attack, he guessed
that Rocky was at least a middle-level Spiritual Emperor. Even if the three strongest men among them
attacked together, he wasn't confident that they would be able to defeat him.

"I'm just an apprentice pharmacist," Rocky replied.

"An apprentice pharmacist?" the masked Spiritual Emperor repeated as his eyes narrowed. According
to the previous investigation, there was indeed an apprentice pharmacist tagging along with the Godly
Genius of the Ghost Fief. Now it seemed that the title was just a cover.

"If you don't want to fight then please go back and stop wasting my time. As long as you don't disturb
my master, we won't be seeing each other again. Otherwise, well, you could look at your comrade to
serve as a reminder," Rocky warned.

The remaining Spiritual Emperors remained frozen in place with fear.

"What about the others?" Rocky asked as he looked at the other Spiritual Emperors.

they knelt down to ask for forgiveness.

"Okay, I forgive you. You may leave now!" Rocky said as he waved his hand.

The masked Spiritual Emperor and the others exchanged nervous glances and then left one after
another.



After that, Rocky went straight back to his room.

As soon as he entered his room, he saw that Valeria and Gloria were still waiting for him inside. They
breathed a sigh of relief when they saw him unharmed.

"How did you drive away those Spiritual Emperors?" Gloria asked as she looked at Rocky suspiciously.

"Well, I have my own ways of dealing with them. Anyway, it's getting late. It's better if you go back to
your room and rest. We have a big day ahead of us tomorrow. Goodnight!" Rocky said to Valeria with a
warm smile.

"Okay, goodnight." Valeria said to him and went straight to her room.

"Hey, how much longer are you going to pretend?" Gloria, on the other hand, kept pestering him as
soon as Valeria left.
