Chapter 1555 Still The Same

Not long after, the spirit warriors of the supporting troop gathered in front of the camp where Rocky had
just entered.

At this time, Rocky and Gage came out and met Kye's fierce stares.

However, Rocky was used to people with this kind of attitude so he just ignored it. Then, he went
directly in front of the spirit warriors. There were more than fifty of them in the team, and most of them

the Sky-suppressing School. Your former team leader, Kye Lin, will also become a regular member of

now on. Is that clear?" Rocky asked as he bluntly addressed the warriors in front of him.

aback by Rocky's words, and they realized that he was indeed very different from their previous leader.

"Of course, we won't dare to do that, Captain Basil. How could we afford to offend an elite like you who
came from the Sky-suppressing School? Furthermore, you have Commander Wang as your backer.
We won't ask for such kind of humiliation!" one of Kye's henchmen remarked sarcastically. Obviously,
he was just trying to rouse the other warriors' wrath.

"Well, although I do not want to admit it, what you said is true. So, I suggest that you'd better figure out
who the team leader is from now on. That would save all of you from trouble," Rocky said in a
domineering tone. He wasn't pissed off at all, but he also didn't let anyone get the better of him.

Hearing Rocky's response, the confidant instantly had a sour look on his face. He realized that Rocky
was not someone whom they could easily push around.

"By the way, Captain Basil, our team has a tradition whenever there is a new captain. Think of it as a
welcome ceremony before he formally takes the position. But I wonder if you have the guts to accept
it." Kye let out a sinister smile as he tried to provoke Rocky.

"Why not? Since you have gone out of your way to prepare this for me, I think it would be rude if I did
not accept it," Rocky answered indifferently.

"All right then. Please stand in the middle of us, Captain Basil," Kye quickly said as a faint sneer
became visible on his face.

Without hesitation, Rocky walked in the middle of the group of the spirit warriors.

"Now, no matter what happened, you shall not use your spiritual power. Otherwise, it will be as if you
are looking down upon us," Kye warned as Rocky got into the position.



"Okay, I promise," Rocky responded without any hints of wariness.

At this moment, several team members suddenly appeared from behind Rocky. Apparently, they were
carrying a few buckets of beast dung, and they were about to pour them unto him.

The other team members held their breaths as they waited for Rocky's distasteful rite to happen before
their eyes. They believed that if he did not use his spiritual power, there was no way for him to avoid
the beast dung.

However, just before the beast dung splashed over Rocky, there was a sudden curl at the corner of his
lips. Out of nowhere, a shadow of a Spiritual Infant emerged behind him. Then, the force of the Spiritual
Infant burst out, resisting and throwing the approaching beast dung back to the spirit warriors.

Naturally, they were caught off guard with the sudden emergence of a Spiritual Infant. Those who
attempted to pour the beast dung were not fast enough, so they received the beast dung that was
thrown back at them. In the end, they were the ones who were completely covered in filth.

"Captain Basil, didn't you promise earlier that you will not use your spiritual power? You just lied to our
faces! How will you expect the members of the team to give you some respect?" Since the plan did not
turn out what Kye expected, he seized the opportunity to criticize Rocky in front of all the spirit warriors.

"Well, yes, I said that I would not use my spiritual power. However, I don't remember saying that I won't
use my Spiritual Infant. Besides, did you forget that when someone has already reached the King

so from now on, everyone will be doing some morning exercises at five o'clock in the morning every

"Why don't we talk to Commander Wang and let him drive that guy out of the team?"

Kye's underlings offered a suggestion.

"Shut up. That is not an option. And besides, I know what I am doing," Kye shouted out of annoyance.
First, Rocky took his former position, and now, he was making some changes that were not favorable
to them. Of course, Kye would not let this go and let Rocky off the hook that easily.

"Captain Basil, I'm leaving already," Gage said as he cupped his hands. Right now, he was greatly
relieved that Rocky was able to show Kye his place, as well as intimidate the rest of the spirit warriors.

"I see. Thank you for your hard work, Gage. You can now go ahead," Rocky answered with a firm
salute.



Gage left and parted ways with Rocky.

Not long after, Rocky was able to get back to his temporary residence. In just a few minutes, Eunice
also came back.

"Oh, Rocky. Why are you back so soon? Have you already met the new team members that will be
under you?" Eunice asked out of curiosity.

"Yes. But I am having quite a hard time dealing with all of them. After all, they refuse to obey me,"
Rocky said as he smiled bitterly.

"Really? Then, I'm much luckier than you. The team members that I met today were very welcoming. In
fact, it seems that they will give me whatever I want if I just ask," Eunice said with a haughty smile on
her face.

"Well, if I were your team member, I would also do the same," Rocky teased.

"Ha! I am not going to fall for your smooth talk! By the way, are you fine with just being a team leader in
this place? Didn't you say that your real goal is to find your companions?" Eunice asked with hints of
concern in her voice.

"Yes, that is my goal. But I don't need to rush things up. Besides, the border battlefield is so large. Even
though I know that they're here, I'm not exactly sure where to find them. It will be just a waste of time
and effort to search for them blindly. Moreover, I think I have found a better way. If everything will go as
planned, they should be able to perceive my existence without me looking for them one by one," Rocky
muttered. After coming and observing the Tiger Whisker Pass, Rocky had come up with some new
ideas. He thought that it would be better if he could spread the information that he was actually from
another world. This way, the news should travel fast enough for his companions to know that he was
