Hunter signaled at the security guards to let go of Lionel. He then spoke stemnly to Lionel, “Mr. Liam,
Brody has crossed the line too far this round. Remember the fake accounts he created to spread lies
about Miss Sage? She let him go because he was young at that time. This time, he hired hijackers to
assault our Miss Sage. We are never letting him go this time!”

Liam repeatedly agrees with Hunter with sweat dripping off his face, “Yes, yes, it’s all my fault for his
upbringing. I did not expect my son to do something so foolish!”

Hunter smiled coldly and said, “We know you are a busy man and have little time for your son. He
needs to be educated somewhere else.”

Lionel can’t stand the mockery for much longer now.

He tried to oppress his true feeling and forced out a smile. He clenched his teeth and said, “Hunter, you
see, Brody is my only son. W e will not surrender easily without a fight especially when it comes to him.
Don’t think for a second you can bully us with the support from the Yuriel family!”

“The Yuriel family?” Hunter heard as he became confused, “What does your son have to do with the
Yuriels?”

Lionel groaned and continued, “Don’t act like you don’t know about this. Yuriel Group canceled their
collaboration with our company and they did it for your boss.”

Hunter informed Sage as soon as he heard it from Lionel.

Sage knew about the canceled contract between Yuriel Group and Starship Media. However, she
wondered, “What has that got to do with me?”





“I asked the same thing,” said Hunter.

Hunter continued, “It seems like Yuriel Group canceled the contract because of that time he used fake
accounts to spread rumors about you.”

Sage shook her head lightly, “Jace won’t do that. He must have found out the real truth about Starship
Entertainment. Brody had tamnished the starling reputation of Starship Entertainment when he
offended the media all year round. Yuriel Group must have canceled their contracts to be safe.

And the truth was, Jace made the right decision canceling the contract between them. Brody’s
manslaughter crime made headlines on all major media outlets.

The share prices of Starship Entertainment plummeted quickly. Perhaps that was the real reason Lionel
came looking for Sage.

Sage was not the kind who went soft on her offenders.

“Keep a close eye on Brody’s case. Lionel will try desperately to save him. Brody is key to the truth
behind Starship Entertainment,” said Sage.

“Remember, our target is Starship Entertainment, not Brody. Lionel made his bed and now he must lie
in it,” Sage added.

Hunter nodded, and smiled, “Can’t wait to tell Allan about all this.”

Sage smiled as she recalled Allan’s dramatic reactions. She pursed her lips as she thought about the
Yuriels.



“Is everything ready for the dinner tonight?’ Sage asked as Hunter hurriedly tumed on his tablet, “I’ve
spoken to Zayne about this.. Jace wishes to have a simple meal. He’s not picky.”

Sage almost snorted. Not picky? That man is the pickiest eater she knew.
