discharged.”



Sage stopped swiping the tablet computer for a second and raised her head. She squeezed her brows
together and asked, “Who permitted him to discharge?”

Hunter pressed his lips and rephrased his sentence, “To be more accurate, he sneaked out of the
hospital and boarded the train to return to Salem City.” Sage was out of words, and her face turned
cold. “So he doesn’t wish to live another day?”
