jace looked as the agate sculpted portrait broke into two halves on the floor, the body
separated from the head.

It felt like someone stabbed his heart. Sienna casually patted her chest as she was still not recovered
from the shock, “It’s all your fault for being so loud…” . She stopped as she took a glance at Jace’s
darkened face. She swallowed her words and changed her expression to a pitiful one. “I’m so sorry
Jace, I didn’t mean to drop it.” “Just go!” Jace’s voice was cold, “I don’t like to repeat myself.” “Jace…”
Sienna called his name softly, “Is this expensive? I could just get someone to make a new one for you.”
Jace bent down and picked up the broken pieces. He froze as he heard Sienna’s words. He
straightened up and looked at Sienna solemnly. His expressions had Sienna move a few steps
backward. She thought he was about to hit her. If she was not a woman, Jace would lay his hands on
her, and she would be the one in pieces!

“Get someone to make a new one?”. Jace’s voice was icy, “Do you know who sculpted this? You can’t
even pay for this even if I put you up for sale!”

Sienna’s face turned bright red. Jace was never harsh and insulting to her even when he was at his
angriest.

What happened today? Was it just because she broke that piece of agate? “Jace…” Sienna continued
pleading, but Jace suddenly raised his voice, “where are my



guards?”

Jace ordered in a cold tone, “I’ll fire all of you if you let bypassers into my room.”

“Yes, Mr. Yuriel!” The guards were wary and they quickly brought Sienna out of the room. Sienna could
not believe it, she kept struggling, “Jace, how could you treat me like this…”

The helpers’ jaws dropped as they watched Sienna dragged out like an unwanted stray, They guessed
all of it wrong, Jace ordered Zayne to complete three tasks.

One, to fix the broken agate portrait.

Two, to get the earliest flight to Salem City tomorrow.

Three, to Sage’s birthday presents ready,

The gifts seemed insignificant except for the rose stamp and limited edition pen. There were a pair of
sapphire button cufflinks, red agate sculpted into an animated portrait, red sandalwood beads, a
necklace made of jade, a bookmark made of gold…

He only thought that they were valuable at most, and Sage spent a fortune paying for them. However,
